Control manual choke

The starter is a device used to facilitate engine starting in cold weather Miniplane Top80.
The choke control takes the form of a pull tab, fixed on the frame, which pulls or pushes it.

Starter operation:

Pulling the lever, the driver closes the carburetor air intake which increases the proportion of fuel in the fuel / air mixture.

You have to push the zipper when the engine began to backfire as overly rich mixture might drown the engine warms up.
